Shipping Policy

1. Clients has option of collectionthrough an arranged appointment at the salon
2. Wigs take 2-3 days for delivery and 24 hours for clients in Gauteng . this excludes holidays
3. Delivery confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your ordered and been completed ,* please note that once the package leaves our premises and received by Aramex , DHL  or through postnet and client has received the tracking information , customer has the responsibility to track the parcel .
4. We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping and billing addresses
5. NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
