Return and Exchange policy

  1. Melllow Luxury hair has a strict NO RETURN/EXCHANGE after 7 days of receiving package.
  2. Should the client decide to cancel and return the order WITHIN THE 7days provide ,
    lace should not been cut
    B. units /hair has not been worn or tampered with
    C.still in original form and packaging
    they will be subjected to a 5% banking transactions fee from the total amount plus cancellation penalties .Shipping fee is not refundable . Return Shipping fee is also subjected to the sender
  3. If the client finds an issues with the unit/hair after 7 days of receiving the package and has not contacted customer care within  the 7 day period after receiving the package , we will consider it as wear and tear and are not liable

Ordering Processing

 

Once your order has been received client will get a confirmation email.

Orders will not be processed on weekends and public holidays
Orders take between 2- 5 business days to be delivered
